Turn your own holiday gifts this year. Over one weekend at the lathe, you’ll choose two projects from our gift lineup and take them home finished and ready to give:
- A rolling pin
- Icicle ornaments
- An offset spatula
- A set of napkin rings
Along the way you’ll learn the spindle-turning fundamentals that make every one of them work: reading grain, roughing to round, and shaping clean beads, coves and tapers with good tool control, then sanding and applying a food-safe finish.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday — December 5 and 6, 2026 — 9:00 am–1:00 pm
All tools and materials provided. No prior experience required. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting sawdust on.
