From sign-up to building — here’s the process.

Register online
Click “Become a Member” and complete your registration. Takes about 5 minutes.

Complete safety orientation
You’ll receive an email with a link to our online, video-based safety and orientation class. Complete it at your own pace.

Set up door access
Reply to the email with your photo and a 4-digit PIN. We’ll set up your facial recognition access and notify you when it’s ready.

You’re in — start building
That’s it. Walk in any time, 24/7. If you haven’t already, register for the Intro to Woodworking class within your first 60 days.

What does membership cost?
$95/month with a 3-month initial commitment. Covers your entire household — spouses, partners, kids. Student discounts available.
Do I need woodworking experience?
None at all. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Every new member completes a hands-on orientation within 60 days — it’s designed to build your confidence and teach you the tools safely.
Can I visit before joining?
Absolutely. We host an open house on the second Saturday of most months. Tour the shop, meet members, try a quick project. Or just take a class first — no membership required.
What’s the “first month free” offer?
Complete our Intro to Woodworking class and your first month of membership is free. It’s our way of letting you try the full membership experience before committing. No strings attached.
What tools and equipment are available?
Table saw (SawStop), jointer, planer, band saw, drill press, CNC router, laser cutter, full hand tool collection, and more. Everything is maintained and ready to use. We also have a lumber room with materials available for purchase. See the complete list on our Workshop page.
What do I need to bring?
Closed-toe shoes and safety glasses (we have loaners). Everything else — tools, materials for classes, dust collection, even coffee — is provided.
