Shop Progress
Continuous improvements are happening at the shop. We just added stairs and a handrail to access the mezzanine level. Eventually, we’ll utilize this space as storage for extra tools and projects, but for the next few months, it will be used as a place to build a kayak. Tim Nolan, our resident expert for CNC, will make a “stitch and glue” kayak. Tim will use the Avid CNC Router and many other tools in the shop to craft a beautiful, functional kayak that we all would envy. Curious? He’s happy to show you what he is up to and the process he is taking to accomplish the project.
