Day 2 here at the Marc Adams School of Woodworking was all about curves.  We glued and vacuum formed the front apron and finished tapering and curving the front legs.

Drew did a lot of consulting with Doug Dale, one of Marc’s senior (training, not age) shop assistants.  I have to say that both Doug and Herman (another shop assistant) really help to make the experience great.   There is so much experience in both of them that there is rarely a problem they have not seen and have some trick to get you back on track.  By the end of day 2 the table frame was all but complete.

A tuesday night tradition at Marc’s is a BBQ dinner and presentations by all the instructors.   This is a great way to get exposed to a lot of great work and it always amazes me the level of talent all of Marc’s instructors have.   It was a really great night.
