One 8-foot board becomes the thing you carry everything else in.
Why this one #
You start with one 8-foot board and end with something you will actually use every time you come to the shop. It walks the whole arc of woodworking — rough lumber in, finished object out — without any single step being hard enough to stop you.
This is a prototype. When I do a project for the first time, I like to think of it as a prototype — I’m practicing the skills to produce the real piece once I have it all figured out. This takes a lot of the pressure off.

Open office hours run Wednesdays and Saturdays. Bring the project, bring the board, bring the question. Good one to bring if you have never used the Domino.
